Delivery

We deliver throughout the United Kingdom (England, Wales, Northern Ireland and Scotland only).

Named day delivery is available for majority of our hampers, and delivery charges are clearly displayed at the checkout.

It would be great for your hamper to be delivered when the recipient is home – the perfect surprise! If they are not, our delivery drivers will either leave a note, or leave the hamper in a secure place.

At checkout, it would be useful if you could provide the mobile number of the person you are sending a hamper to. This enables delivery drivers that can get lost, to call, and ensure the address is found. This is common in situations such as when a delivery is made to a new build area.

We do not deliver to PO Boxes, BFPO addresses, DX addresses and alike.

Please note, circumstances out of our control such as adverse weather conditions and delivery strikes, may delay your delivery.

Do provide accurate delivery details to ensure your hamper is delivered correctly. We are not liable for failed deliveries.

Your hamper may contain food/drink that may need to be refrigerated upon receipt. Please see use-by dates. We recommend fresh items such as scones/cream to be consumed within 3-5 days of receipt.
